"Photo" of Vincent VanGogh
If you have been wandering the internet over the past few days, you have probably come across this story. For those of you who missed it. .
Architect/photographer Tadao Cern wondered what Vincent VanGogh may have looked like in "real life" rather than rendered as a painting with thick swirls of paint. Van Gogh created many self portraits during his career. Cern selected one and then digitally converted it back into a "photo." The result is somewhat haunting. The Atlantic has a brief video showing some of Cern's photoshoppery. You can watch it here.
