images above ©Zoe StraussThe work of Philadelphia photographer Zoe Strauss is currently featured in a mid career retrospective at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. In conjunction with the exhibit, 53 billboards in Philadelphia will feature photographs by Strauss. Of the billboards, she states “ The billboards will exhibit photos without text, branding or logos. They effectively eliminate 53 spaces available for commercial advertising. ” This show is not to be missed. For more information, you can follow this link to the PMA website.
